About

Gentle Guidance. Confident Beginnings.

Supporting you through one of life's most important transitions.

I'm Angie Epstein - a Registered Nurse with over 20 years' experience in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), paediatrics, and child and family health nursing across hospital, virtual and community settings. I'm also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, and a proud mum of three beautiful adult children.

My current work as a Registered Nurse, Child & Family Health Nurse (CFHN) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) spans both community clinic care for families and Tresillian, a specialised family-centred residential service.

I feel privileged to support families through the transition into parenthood - a time that can be both joyful and overwhelming. My approach is compassionate, respectful, and non-judgmental, creating a space where you can feel heard, informed, and supported.

With a strong clinical background and a calm, reassuring style, I offer personalised care for breastfeeding and infant feeding, sleep and settling, and early parenting - always centred around your family's needs and goals.

We go beyond feeding to cover your baby's whole routine — feeding, sleep, settling, and play — while building your confidence as a parent.
